Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only — the 48 states connected by land.
We do not ship to the following at this time:
- Alaska and Hawaii
- Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands
- U.S. military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)
- Canada or any other international destination
We are a small operation, and limiting our shipping coverage allows us to maintain reliable delivery times and handle any issues — lost packages, damaged items — without the complications that come with extended carrier networks. We hope to expand coverage in the future and will update this page when that changes.
Shipping cost
Shipping rates are based on your order total before tax:
- Orders of $69 or more: free standard shipping
- Orders under $69: flat rate of $10 standard shipping
The shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment. There are no additional handling fees added by us.
We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping. Standard shipping is the only option available at checkout. We are working to improve our fulfillment capabilities and will update this page if faster shipping options become available in the future.
Order processing time
Orders are processed and packed at our fulfillment facility before being handed to the carrier. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days from the time payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Estimated delivery time
After your order leaves our facility, the carrier typically delivers within 5 to 6 business days to most addresses in the contiguous United States.
Total estimated time from order date to delivery:
- Standard shipping to contiguous US: 6 to 9 business days (1 to 3 days processing + 5 to 6 days transit)
For example: if you place an order on a Monday and processing takes 2 business days, your order ships on Wednesday. With 5 to 6 days of transit, you can expect delivery the following Wednesday or Thursday.
Transit time may vary based on your location and carrier conditions. Addresses in remote or rural areas within the contiguous US may take slightly longer than the estimate above.
Expedited shipping
We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping options. We understand this may be a limitation for time-sensitive orders, and we appreciate your patience. We are actively working to improve our fulfillment process, and any updates to available shipping options will be reflected on this page.
Customs and import taxes
All orders ship within the contiguous United States and are domestic shipments. They are not subject to customs duties or import taxes. No additional fees will be charged at delivery.
Order tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use that number on the carrier's website to follow your shipment in real time.
If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us with your order number and we will look into it.
Shipping delays
The estimates above cover the majority of orders. Occasionally, deliveries take longer due to circumstances outside our control:
- Severe weather affecting carrier routes
- High shipping volume during major U.S. holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
- Carrier service disruptions
If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of your order date, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing something, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include when you write to us:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Photos of the item and packaging if there is visible damage
We will arrange a replacement or refund. You do not need to return a damaged item before we resolve the issue.
