Accepted payment method

We currently accept PayPal only.

We are a small business focused on doing one thing well — finding dish racks that actually work for real kitchens and getting them to you reliably. PayPal is one of the most widely used and trusted payment platforms in the United States, and it allows us to process payments securely without storing your financial details on our end. We are working to expand our payment options as our business grows, and will update this page when that changes.

PayPal allows you to pay using:

  • Your PayPal account balance
  • A credit or debit card linked to your PayPal account (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • PayPal Pay Later options, if you are eligible and choose to use them

You do not need a PayPal account to complete a purchase. During checkout, PayPal gives you the option to pay as a guest using your credit or debit card directly, without creating an account.

What you will pay at checkout

The price shown on each product page is the product price only. Before you complete your order, the checkout page will display a full cost breakdown:

  • Product price: the price listed on the product page
  • Shipping cost: free standard shipping on orders of $69 or more. A flat rate of $10 applies to orders under $69. Shipping to the contiguous United States only.
  • Sales tax: calculated based on your delivery address and displayed before payment. Some states apply sales tax to online purchases; others do not.

The total shown at checkout is the final amount you will be charged. There are no additional fees added by us after checkout.

Purchase information

When you are charged: Payment is collected at the time you place your order, not at the time of shipment.

Order confirmation: After payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Order processing: We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with your tracking number.

Currency: All transactions are in U.S. dollars (USD). If your PayPal account is in a different currency, PayPal will apply its standard conversion rate.

Payment security: All payment processing is handled by PayPal. We do not see or store your full card number or financial details on our servers. PayPal uses industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information.

Order cancellation and refunds

If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it at support@ismatind.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your PayPal account.

Refunds are returned to the original PayPal payment method. Processing typically takes 3 to 5 business days on our end, plus an additional 3 to 7 business days for PayPal to post the refund to your account or card.

Common questions

Do I need a PayPal account to buy from you?
No. At checkout, select PayPal and you will be given the option to pay as a guest with a credit or debit card, without creating or logging into a PayPal account.

Is it safe to pay through PayPal?
Yes. PayPal is a regulated payment platform operating under U.S. financial laws. Your card details are handled by PayPal directly and are not shared with or stored by us.

Can I use PayPal Pay Later or Pay in 4?
If you are eligible for PayPal's installment options, those will appear during the PayPal checkout step. These options are offered and managed entirely by PayPal, not by us. We receive the full payment from PayPal at the time of purchase regardless of which PayPal payment option you choose.

What if my payment is declined?
Payment issues are handled by PayPal. If your payment does not go through, check that your card details and billing address are correct, or contact PayPal support directly. Your order will not be placed until payment is successfully completed.

Will I be charged automatically for future orders?
No. Each order requires a separate, manual payment at checkout. We do not store your payment information and do not charge you automatically for any reason.

Will you add other payment methods in the future?
We are a small business and currently PayPal is the payment platform we are set up to support. We are working to grow and improve, and if we add other payment options we will update this page to reflect that.
