Please review the policy below before submitting a request.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped.
- If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after delivery according to our return policy below.

30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items that are unused and in original condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging with all components included
- Order number or proof of purchase is provided
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items returned without original packaging or missing parts
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
Note: Kitchen organization products (such as dish drying racks, storage bins, and organizers) are eligible for return if they are unused and in original condition. Opening the packaging for inspection is acceptable, as long as the product has not been used.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
After review, we will provide one of the following solutions:
- A free replacement
- A full refund
- A partial refund (if only part of the order is affected)
Approved resolutions will be processed within 2 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason:

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns without tracking.
⚠️ Please do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may delay processing.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notification within 2 business days
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time:
- 3–5 business days (processing)
- Additional 3–7 business days depending on your bank
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if:
- The item is defective
- The item was damaged during shipping
- The wrong item was sent
