What types of dish drying racks does ISMATIND sell?
We sell dish drying racks for household use, including:
- 2-tier stainless steel racks — for larger kitchens and households that cook heavily, able to hold plates, bowls, pots, pans, and utensils at the same time
- Compact countertop racks — for smaller kitchens and apartments, and for people who need a practical solution without taking up too much counter space
- Foldable and collapsible racks — for kitchens where storage space is limited, or for RV and travel use
All products are physical goods shipped within the contiguous United States.
Which dish rack is best for a small apartment kitchen?
For a small apartment or limited counter space, we recommend looking at our compact countertop racks or over-the-sink options. The key measurements to check before buying are:
- The width of your sink opening (for over-the-sink models)
- The available counter space next to your sink (length and depth)

Can these racks hold large pots and pans?
Our 2-tier extra large stainless steel rack is specifically designed to hold heavy cookware — including large pots, sheet pans, and lids — alongside everyday dishes.
The lower tier has wider spacing between the wires to accommodate larger items upright, which allows air to circulate and helps them dry without crowding.
If you regularly hand-wash non-stick pans, cast iron lids, or large cutting boards, check the product dimensions on the listing page to confirm they will fit before ordering.
Are these racks suitable for drying baby bottles and feeding accessories?
Some of our racks work well for baby bottles and feeding accessories, particularly models with a utensil holder or open wire design that allows bottles to stand upright for proper air drying.
For hygiene around baby items, we recommend rinsing the rack itself regularly and ensuring the drainboard is clean before placing baby items on it.

Will the rack rust over time?
Our stainless steel racks are made from steel that resists rust under normal household use. That said, no metal rack is completely immune to corrosion if it is not cared for properly.
To extend the life of your rack:
- Empty and wipe the drainboard regularly — standing water is the main cause of rust on any metal rack
- Dry the rack occasionally, especially at the joints and feet where water tends to collect
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or steel wool, which can scratch the surface coating
If your rack develops rust within normal use, contact us. We will review your situation and work to resolve it.
What is the difference between a countertop rack and an over-the-sink rack?
Countertop rack: Sits on the counter next to your sink. Works with a drainboard that channels water into the sink. Takes up counter space but is compatible with almost any kitchen setup.
Over-the-sink rack: Sits directly across the sink opening. Dishes drain straight into the sink. Keeps your counter completely clear, but requires measuring your sink opening first — most models are adjustable to fit a range of sink widths.
If counter space is your main concern, over-the-sink is usually the better choice. If you want more two-tier capacity or have a non-standard sink, a countertop rack gives you more flexibility.
Do the racks come with a utensil holder?
Most of our racks include a removable utensil or cutlery holder as part of the set. This is noted in each product description and visible in the product images.

Orders and payment
How do I place an order?
Select the product you want, click "Add to Cart," and proceed to checkout. You will enter your shipping address and payment details on the checkout page.
You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase is complete. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal only. You do not need a PayPal account to complete a purchase — PayPal gives you the option to pay as a guest using a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) without creating an account.
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request a cancellation or change within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not yet been processed for shipment.
Email support@ismatind.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you can return it after delivery.
I did not receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder — confirmation emails sometimes end up there.
If it is not there, the email address entered at checkout may have had a typo. Contact us at support@ismatind.com with your name and approximate order date and we will look it up for you.
Shipping and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery has two stages:
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekend and holiday orders begin processing the next business day.
- Package transit: 5 to 6 business days after your order ships.
Total estimated time: 6 to 9 business days from your order date.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on qualifying orders. Here is how it works:
- Orders of $69 or more: free standard shipping
- Orders under $69: flat rate of $10 standard shipping
Shipping is to the contiguous United States only. The shipping cost for your order will be shown at checkout before you complete payment.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the contiguous United States only — the 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO), Canada, or any other international destination.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use that number on the carrier's website to follow your shipment.
If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email us at support@ismatind.com with your order number and we will check on it.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
Occasionally, deliveries take longer than estimated due to weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volume around holidays.
If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@ismatind.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition with all components included.
We accept returns in two situations:
- Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping.
- Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I start a return?
Email support@ismatind.com with your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — we need to authorize the return and provide the return address before you ship anything back.
We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
My rack arrived damaged. What happens now?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ismatind.com. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund. You do not need to return the damaged item before we resolve the issue.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm by email. Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days on our end. Your bank or PayPal account may take an additional 3 to 7 business days to post the refund.
Total time from return receipt to funds available: typically 6 to 12 business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
We offer exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or sent incorrectly. We do not offer exchanges for a different product, size, or model. If you want a different item, return the original and place a new order.
Product care and maintenance
How do I clean my dish drying rack?
For regular cleaning, rinse the rack and drainboard with warm water and wipe down with a soft cloth. For mineral deposits or hard water stains, a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water applied with a soft sponge works well for stainless steel racks.
Avoid abrasive scrubbers or steel wool — they can scratch the surface and make the rack more susceptible to rust over time.
Water is pooling on the rack. What can I do?
Most pooling issues are caused by one of the following:
- The drainboard is not positioned at a slight angle toward the drain spout or sink
- The drain spout is blocked or not directed into the sink
- The rack is sitting on a perfectly level surface with no tilt toward drainage
Try adjusting the position of the rack or tilting the drainboard slightly. If the drain spout is adjustable, make sure it is angled downward toward the sink. If the issue continues, contact us and we will help troubleshoot.
How often should I replace my dish drying rack?
There is no set replacement schedule. How long a rack lasts depends on how often it is used, how well it is maintained, and the water quality in your area. Hard water areas tend to cause more mineral buildup, which can shorten the lifespan of any rack if not cleaned regularly.
If your rack develops structural issues, significant rust, or parts that no longer function as intended within normal use, contact us — we will assess whether a replacement or resolution is appropriate.
